The Box
Much more than a litter box, it is a designed and connected toilet house. Depending on the cat's habits, it can be used in an open litter box or in a toilet house, with or without a door. Easy to use, it makes it possible to communicate health data on a daily basis. It allows several cats to be identified. It monitors the animal's weight and behavior. Its design also makes it possible to collect and analyze the urine and stools of the animal in a natural and non-anxiety-inducing way. It carries a patented medical product : The PAD.
The Pad
It is an innovative device which allows the urine sample to be collected and sorted in a natural way for analysis. It allows you to perform a urine analysis at home. Its simple and efficient design meets the expectations of collecting urine samples from a fasting and unstressed animal. The quality of the urine collected with Caremitou is very close to the quality of that collected in a veterinary clinic. The analysis method used ith the Caremitou Health Pack* is equivalent to that carried out in the clinic. Our Caremitou analysis method is validated by the veterinary school, carried out thanks to the PAD and its application, this methodology has a publication at ACVIM**. Beyond that, the PAD will allow you to bring the collected urine sample to the veterinary clinic, if necessary, and thus avoid a stressful urine sample for your animal. The PAD is reusable.

- Analysis and interpretation of 14 parameters + Color + Turbidity to allow detection and monitoring of chronic diseases.
- It complements the physiological data (weight, temperature, behavior) provided by Caremitou . This qualified information, derived from the power of our algorithms, can be shared with the veterinarian as part of a remote monitoring system offered by Caremitou . Also includes a collection tube for examining the animal's stool. All the urine tests associated with the physiological results make it possible to complete the patient history of your animal and thus improve the prevention and the follow-up of diseases of your animal and of the community.

The Caremitou® Pad, an integrated element of the Box.
It is a patented veterinary medical product which is located under the animal’s litter, positioned in a drawer, its function is to collect and sort the urine of the animal on an empty stomach. It allows you to perform an urine analysis at home and transport the urine sample to the clinic if necessary.
The design of the Box and its Pad makes it possible to never soil the urine with the animal’s stool.
Sorting the urine in a medical grade medium ensures an analysis quality close to cystocentesis (sterile sample taken from the animal’s bladder in a clinic, sometimes requiring prior anesthesia).
Like the litter box, the Pad is reusable and cleanable with water.
